With over 40 years of collective experience in Customer Service for various Developers, we have experienced all of these stages and thus gained invaluable knowledge to be utilized as early as the Design and Development Phases.
In additon, we are able to create, implement and manage the Quality Assurance process during specific milestones, and oversee the Quality Control to ensure each project starts and finalizes, efficiently.
This along with a clear expectation set with Buyers of the warranties provided per contract and a seamless walk-through process will lead to satisfied homeowners and thus a happy HOA.
